12-08-2005, 11:36 PM fastcar15 Joined on:12-08-2005 Posts 1 Prices for items in the mall I am a new reader and subscriber to Asian diver and I think the magazine is wonderful and informative. However, I would like to ask why the posted price in the latest magazine for the book REEF LIFE  is S$35.75  but the price given in the mall of this website is S$60.80. The discrepancy is quite substantial. Surely the taxes and the postage cannot be almost half of the total price ? Would appreciate your clarification. Thanks.      Report

The price was supposed to be US$ and so the actual price of the book in Singapore Dollars should be S$60.80. If you had to buy a book on marine life, this is THE definitive book.      Report

Could you clarify on this discrepancy as well ? I should think that the closing date of 31st March 2006 in the entry form is the correct one ? Please confirm. Thanks    Report

BTW, Are you also on a motoring forum - with a name like "fastcar15" - which you recently changed to Nitrox in keeping to the theme of diving ; ) Thanks for your feedback!          Report
