Hi, I am not sure but maybe it has something to do with the airport upgrade - maybe they also want to increase the passenger capacity for the jety - but again just speculation. Contrary to popular jokes & scoff, Pulau Hantu is a good training ground for beginner divers. The low viz helps to raise confidence levels. Also there is an astounding amount of marine life in Singapore waters. You just have to look a little harder and be a bit more patient that's all.    Report
