10-03-2005, 9:20 AM Zippsy Joined on:09-26-2005 Posts 24 Re: Liveaboard experience on White Manta The Black Manta is the working name for the new sister ship although it still could be named something else by the time it is launched.  It's due down in Singapore very soon to have the final works completed.  FYI, it's a metal-hulled ship and about a 1/3 bigger than the WM.  Finally, Daeng is back in Thailand and the last I heard, he was helping oversea the work on the Black Manta.  If you dive on either ship in Phuket later this year, you might just meet up with him again.    Report
